WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO GET STARTED?
The first step is to click the “Get a Quote” button at the top of the website and fill out the travel request form. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email from us to schedule a call and discuss your trip in more detail. This helps us get to know you and your travel preferences better to ensure we plan something you will love. If both parties decide to move forward, you will then be required to submit the professional planning fee. Once that is received, the vacation planning will begin!
ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH USING YOUR SERVICES?
Yes, there is a professional planning fee associated with our services, but think of it more like a deposit. Once you've filled out our travel request form and had a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your plans, the planning fee will be required to proceed further. This fee enables us to invest our time and expertise into crafting the perfect itinerary for you.
After the planning process is complete, you’ll receive a customized quote. Please provide feedback or confirm your booking within 7 days. While pricing and availability are never guaranteed until payment is made, responding within this window gives you the best chance of securing similar rates and options, and allows me to make any adjustments promptly.
If no feedback or confirmation is received within 7 days, the initial planning fee is forfeited as compensation for the time already spent curating your trip. Beyond this timeframe, pricing and availability often shift enough that new research and planning are required, which would involve a new planning fee.
Rest assured, aside from this planning fee, there are no additional charges for our services. Essentially, it's a way for us to ensure that your travel experience receives the dedicated attention it deserves, without any extra cost to you.
HOW MUCH IS THE PROFESSIONAL PLANNING FEE?
The professional planning fee varies depending on your destination. For cruises, US destinations, and Caribbean destinations, the fee is $50. For all other destinations, the fee is $100.
Please note that for large parties traveling together, there may be a higher planning fee required. This will be determined and discussed during our complimentary phone call to ensure that we provide you with the most accurate and tailored service for your group.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU FOR TRAVEL PLANNING?
We recommend contacting us for travel planning as early as possible to ensure the best options and prices for your trip. While airlines typically don't release flights more than a year in advance, we can still plan out other details of your itinerary during this timeframe, such as accommodations, activities, and transportation.
Waiting too close to your desired departure date can result in limited availability and inflated prices. Therefore, contacting us well in advance allows us to secure the most favorable options for you.
Additionally, we want to ensure that we have sufficient time to create your perfect itinerary. Planning a trip with less than one month's notice can be challenging, as availability becomes very limited, and we may not be able to provide the level of service and options that we strive for. For this reason, we do not work on trips that are beginning in one month or less.
By contacting us early, you give us the opportunity to craft a tailored and unforgettable travel experience that meets your needs and preferences while avoiding the limitations and uncertainties that come with last-minute planning. For complex or specialized trips, we recommend reaching out even earlier to allow for more detailed planning and coordination.
